We want you to love your HerHijabs purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • We offer exchange or store credit (no cash refunds)
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@herhijabs.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different color, size, or style, subject to availability. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
